We have listed our custom invitation pricing under the invitations/custom category. Our Pricing depends on quantity, number of inserts, type of invitation, cardstock, papers and types of printing. The minimum invitation quantity that we like to produce for wedding invitations is 75.

Pricelist

First, we'll have you come in for a free consultation. We will establish budget and the type of invitation that will suit your event. We will go over different samples, paper swatches, colors and fonts you might like and other useful information. Sometimes our couples have a theme that they would like to incorporate into their invitations. We ask that you have as much information as possible when coming in.

Please note - we do not do any design work before a deposit is received. We also do not typically make a sample before production begins. If a sample is required, the minimum charge is $75 and is not refundable.

We will work up the quote for the invitations or any other products that you would like. Orders and a contract are entered if you decide to book with us. We require a 50% deposit for all products and services. The 50% deposit is used for artwork and purchasing of all your materials.

Once we start working on your order, we will put our graphic thoughts and ideas together. All proofs and correspondence are done by email. The monogram or invitation will come first to get the fonts and layout and overall feel. The inserts and envelopes follow. Once all the artwork has been finalized we then require all proofs to be reviewed and you will sign off so we can start the printing process. We strongly recommend that the proofing is solely your responsibility.

Invitations typically ship 2.5 - 3 months before the event, but special arrangements can be made if you require the invitations earlier .

We typically need to have all the information one month before the wedding. Most couples will usually pick up their accessories the week of the wedding; we do this as most clients will have last minute changes. If we are doing a seating chart we will require you to send us all the names in chronological order. For Place cards we require all the names done by table number .

No. we might catch a mistake here and there, but we don't proofread. We will try and catch etiquette things as well and point them out. We have so much artwork happening all at the same time that sometimes spelling errors are not caught. Our couples tend to have more time and accuracy to go through the proofs.

Yes. All our orders will have the return address printed on the outer envelope and the rsvp envelope. If you are requiring VIP address. We will need an excel sheet provided to our standards. Most of our envelope printing matches the theme of your invitation with colors and fonts being used.

Most couples have gone to flat printing for invitations due to the versatility of color printing and pricing. Paper Damsels invitations are printed on a digital press. We also offer Letterpress, offset and thermography.

We recommend that you get together with everyone and figure out a good count. Invitations are too costly to order 20 extra and then have them go to waste. And you don't want to order too little and have to pay extra for more. We normally suggest 10 extra. Parents are famous for adding last minute guests!

I usually recommend 4-5 weeks. Check with your reception location to see when they need a final count and then add 1 - 2 weeks so you can call the people that didn't RSVP.

Most of our custom invitations don't, all catalogue invitations do. The pockets are so bulky, they don't allow for another envelope. With today's society turning to the Green lifestyle, the inner envelope is somewhat of a waste of paper. If you do require an inner envelope we can provide it at an additional charge.

YES! They are a great way to add another punch of color. They are available in all the colors and stocks that we use.

We will provide a sample once we have finalized all the artwork.

Nearly 99% of invitations will need extra postage. Ribbons and envelope liners can sometimes cause the invitation to go over on postage, due to thickness. You should ALWAYS take a finished invitation to the post office to be weighed and get the correct amount of postage.
